Terms of Service (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") forms a legally binding agreement between you (an individual or single entity) and the developer of the CollectJoy application ("Application"). By downloading, installing, or using this Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use this Application.

2. License Grant

The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to install and use this Application on compatible devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• • Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise create derivative works of the Application.
• • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Application.
• • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Application.
• • Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices (including any copyright or trademark notices) contained in the Application.

4. Intellectual Property

The Application and all its source code, patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and know-how are the exclusive property of the developer or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any rights, title, or interest in the Application, only a limited license to use it.

5. Termination

This license will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the Application and destroy all copies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the Application will meet your requirements, or that the operation of the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the developer be liable for any damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use this Application, even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
